- Fruit Pizza

- Crust: 1/2 c. softened butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 c. confectioner's sugar

- Mix together and pat in a 9x13 pan (I use a round cookie sheet
- instead). Bake at 325 for 15 minutes.

- Mix: 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 8 oz. cream cheese

- Spread mixture on warm crust.

- Cook: 1 c. fruit juice (orange or apple work well)
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice

- Cook adn stir until clear and thickened. Add any fresh fuit
- and put on cream cheese mixture. Grapes, strawberries, any
- berries, peaches, bananas, melons, pineapples all work well.
- Pour glaze on top of cream cheese and fruit. Cool
